These are temporary guidelines to ensure there is orderly process for managing the site, updating content, and adding pages and new features. The AACS Board will create a final set of guidelines and incorporate them into the AACS Bylaws. As we gain experience with the site, the guidelines will be revised to reflect the needs of AACS members, staff, and leaders.

Page Authors—Individuals responsible for the content of a particular webpage.

Web Manager—Individual responsible for general maintenance and integrity of the site. Receives and executes page updates and new pages requests. Exercises editorial control to ensure a consistent quality in language and format throughout the site. Refers issues that require resolution to the AACS Temporary Web Team.

AACS Temporary Web Team
—Provides direction to the Web Manager when questions arise about the content or format of web pages and features or questions about the addition of new pages to the site. Refers significant policy issues to the AACS President for resolution.

AACS President—Provides general direction for managing the web site and is the final operating decision-maker regarding site format and content; works within guidelines set by the AACS Board of Directors.
